At the British Institute of Learning (BIL), we follow a transparent and fair fee policy to maintain clarity and uniformity in our admission process. By enrolling in any course at BIL, students acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding fees, payments, and cancellations.

1. Non-Refundable Fee Policy

All payments made towards registration, admission, or course enrollment — whether online or offline — are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes payments made through:

• Credit or Debit Cards

• Net Banking, UPI, or Digital Wallets

• Direct Cash or Cheque Deposits at the Center

Once a student confirms admission or pays any portion of the course fee, the amount will be considered non-refundable — regardless of the reason for withdrawal, absence, or discontinuation.

2. Course Cancellation or Withdrawal

If a student wishes to cancel admission or withdraw from the course:

• The paid amount will not be refunded or adjusted against any future course.

• In case of partial payments, the student remains liable to clear any remaining dues as per the institute’s policy.

• Any request for transfer to another batch or course will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval and availability.

3. In Case of Payment Discrepancy

If you experience any issue related to:

• Incorrect or excess amount debited

• Double transaction

• Technical payment errors

Please visit the BIL Branch Office in person with:

• Valid payment proof (receipt, SMS, email, or bank statement)

• Government-issued ID proof

• Admission or registration reference number (if applicable)

For privacy and security reasons, such disputes will not be resolved over phone, email, or through third-party communication. Personal verification at the branch is mandatory.

4. Contact Your Local Center

All student-specific queries regarding payments, receipts, or admission status must be directed to the British Institute of Learning center where the admission or registration was made.
